When you see Kevin Wooten, you may recognize him, as he devotes many hours to the Louisville community. He is a long time SPAVA mentor, giving many hours working with families teaching compassion, non-violence, conflict and anger management, and so much more. Kevin gives more than his time to the community; Kevin gives of himself by sharing his own life story. He explains the challenges faced growing up in west Louisville, and he speaks out about being the target of many bullying incidents. Kevin opens up about his own family challenges and how he has been influenced, both good and bad, by these experiences. He focuses on remaining positive, self-confident, and using our personal challenges to grow and help others. Please join us for a truly inspiring story.
